My friend Talia and I went to the winery next to the barn, and of course had to try anything cheese related…which included a feta and red pepper dip. It was so good that I had to try to reproduce it! It took a few false starts, but it came out well. We served this for our Kentucky Derby party.
- 10 oz feta
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- shake of red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- hot sauce to taste (Tobasco, etc)
Add the feta, roasted red bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, Tabasco, and red pepper flakes to a food processor and puree until smooth.
