This dressing works well both for salads and cold noodles.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1/3 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 1-2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, and water and wisk until well mixed. Add salt and pepper and adjust other seasonings to taste. Store covered in the fridge.
