I love Lychee fruit, and a sushi restaurant that a friend and I like to visit has just about perfected the Lychee-tini. I had to see if I could reproduce at home, and it does come out pretty well!
- Ice cubes
- 1.5 ounces vodka
- 2-3 ounces lychee juice
- Splash vermouth
- Splash lemon juice
- 2 lychees, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add vodka, lychee juice and vermouth and a dribble of lemon juice. Shake until chilled. Pour into 2 martini glasses and garnish with lychees.
