This was a quick salad we made for lunch that was quite filling. Would be an easy thing to take to work as well. We had this with smoky lemon tahini dressing and it went really well.
- 2-3 cups Kale, torn
- 1 can tuna fish in water, drained
- 1/2 can chickpeas (or white beans), rinsed and drained
Toss kale, tuna and chickpeas in a bowl. Add dressing and serve. This is very WW-friendly at 4 points a serving, dressing included.
